Returns
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original shipping assuming the following is met:
The item is in new/unused condition. And, the item is returned in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on belts and custom items – i.e. initials stamped into leather. Please measure carefully and follow the instructions provided on the ordering page.
Contact us in advance for return authorization. Please include the reason why you are returning your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We offer a 90 day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. In most cases the item can be repaired. If the item cannot be repaired we will replace it. Please contact us for authorization prior to sending the item in for repair.
